Mamma's Fruit Cake is a true celebration cake that's been shared around our family table for generations. Rich with premium dried fruits, gently spiced and infused with a subtle hint of dark rum, it's slow baked to create a beautifully moist cake with a wonderfully balanced flavour that's never overly sweet or heavy.
