Monday Night Baking began as a simple ritual and grew into something much more.

Founded by Yvette Henderson, it’s built on the belief that baking should be generous, practical and shared. The best recipes are the ones that are made, not just saved or admired.

What started as one night a week to learn and slow down is now a small baking business grounded in consistency, creativity and a genuine love of feeding people well.

With strong Italian heritage, Yvette draws on family kitchens where recipes were shared freely and everyone was welcome at the table. Today, that influence shows up in everything from celebration cakes, cooking and baking classes including kids classes, and approachable recipes for real life.

A member of the Country Women’s Association for nine years, Yvette has also been recognised with ribbons across baking and preserving at branch, group and State level.

Whether you’re here to order a cake, bake along at home or learn new skills, you’re always welcome at the kitchen bench.
