What started as a single night each week set aside for learning and slowing down has evolved into a small baking business grounded in passion, consistency and a genuine love of feeding people well.
With strong Italian heritage, Yvette draws inspiration from family kitchens where recipes were passed around freely, food was made from scratch and everyone was welcome at the table. That influence still shapes her work today, from classic family bakes and celebration cakes to hands on classes and approachable recipes designed for real life.
